Wave Seven are pleased to be able to offer a Pontoon Hire Service using the EZ-Dock Pontoon System.
EZ-Dock offers the ability to construct pontoons of almost any shape or size, to deliver them to site and install them. This provides marinas, rowing clubs, canoeists, sailing clubs the opportunity to have a very professional and attractive pontoon system on-site for any special event.
Hire charges are reasonable and our helpful staff will work with you to set up just what you need for your event.
Wave Seven’s first pontoon hire in Northern Ireland
The photo shows Wave Seven’s first pontoon hire in Northern Ireland. The pontoon was used on a toxic pond for taking samples of the water. Future contracts include a platform on a swimming pool to gain access to the lights above the pool and a temporary marina for a traditional boat show.
Pontoon hire for a swimming pool
The photos show an EZ-Dock floating pontoon in use on a swimming pool. The pontoon gave electricians access to the ceiling above the pool and meant the pool didn’t have to be drained. This hire installation was particularly interesting because cleanliness, ease of access and stability were of paramount importance.
Floating pontoons at the World Scout Jamboree 2007
As we reported earlier this year, Wave Seven Marine won the contract to supply 1000 square metres of floating pontoon to the World Scout Jamboree 2007. Here are some photographs showing the pontoons in action!

 Wave Seven wins the pontoon contract for the World Scout Jamboree 2007
We are delighted to announce that we have won the contract to supply The Scout Organisation with EZ-Dock pontoons for the 21st World Scout Jamboree.
The contract is to supply over 1000 square metres of pontoon to the organisation. It will be used to create a series of jetties, pontoons and swimming platforms. They’ll be constructed at Alton Water, near Ipswich, where all the Jamboree’s Splash! activities are taking place.
The Jamboree will run from 27 July to 8 August 2007. It’s being held in the UK for only the second time in its history. (Roger, our MD, attended the first!) For more information on the Jamboree, visit the website.
Wave Seven provides pontoons for Bordeaux's Vinexpo 2007
Wave Seven was delighted to be asked to provide floating pontoons for Vinexpo in Bordeaux. The biannual exhibition is a key event in the wine and spirits industry. The pontoons were used to transport visitors across the lake just outside the conference centre.
